How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Brussels?
It depends on the surface, the condition of the existing plumbing and the materials you choose (tiles, unit, taps). That is why we do not quote a price per m²: we visit for free and send you a detailed itemised quote within 48h, with no commitment.
Can I get the 6% VAT rate?
Yes, if your home is more than 10 years old and mainly used as a private residence. The reduced rate is applied directly on the invoice.
How long do the works take?
A standard bathroom usually takes two to three weeks, depending on the scope and material delivery times. The schedule is fixed before the works start.
Do I have to buy the materials myself?
As you prefer. You can choose your tiles, furniture and taps yourself or have us supply them. Either way we advise you on what works: tile format, shower slope, waterproofing.
Do you work in apartment buildings?
Yes. We protect the common areas, remove the rubble and respect the building rules (hours, use of the lift).
